Terrible experience....tried it again...still terrible.
Love the chicken, there's alittle bit of everything on the buffet
**March 10, '22 edit** Absolutely no change! Still laggy! Horrible app! Sticking to calling in yet. ** The app is so laggy! Takes longer to place an order this way, than just calling it in. Also, there should be a dialog box for special requests to your order. I always get just chicken legs, but there was no where to request that. I will def go back to just calling in my order from now on.
Horrible, I am able to log in and see my rewards account online but the app says it can't even find the user. I have tried several times. App sucks
The food and customer service are great but this is the worst app I've ever used. It kept saying it couldn't recognize my address so I couldn't place a delivery order for MONTHS so I untinstalled and reinstalled just now and it won't even let me log back in
The app is easy to use and as an employee there, I've noticed that our app makes ordering much easier for customers as well
Constantly crashes
Keeps logging me out please fix it and doesn't tell me if my oder is done or not
